Claire Margaret Ward (born 9 May 1972) is a British politician who served as Member of Parliament for Watford from 1997 to 2010. A member of the Labour Party, she served as a Government Whip from 2005 to 2009 and a Justice Minister from 2009 to 2010. Ward is the Labour candidate for the 2024 East Midlands mayoral election.
