Caroline "Carol" Ferris is a fictional character appearing in the DC Comics Universe. She is one of many characters who has used the name Star Sapphire, and the long-time love interest of Hal Jordan, the Silver Age Green Lantern.[1] In her role as Star Sapphire, Ferris has been active as both a supervillain and, more recently, as a superhero.
Carol Ferris made her cinematic debut in the 2011 film Green Lantern, portrayed by Blake Lively.
