Carlos Alfonso Azpiroz Costa, O.P. (born 30 October 1956) is an Argentinian Catholic friar of the Order of Preachers who has served as the Archbishop of Bahia Blanca since 2015.[1] He was previously his religious order's superior general from 2001 to 2010.
