Carl Franks (born December 1, 1960) is a former American football coach and player. He most recently serveed as the running backs coach at Bethune–Cookman University.[1] Franks served as the head football coach at Duke University from 1999 to 2003, compiling a record of 7–45.[2] He played football at Duke where he was an Academic All-ACC selection.[3]
