Robert Dean Silva Burnquist (Portuguese pronunciation:[ˈʁɔbɛʁtʃˈdzĩˈsiwvɐbɐ̃(ɹ)ˈkwistʃ]; born 10 October 1976)[1] is a Brazilian-American professional skateboarder who competed for Brazil throughout his career.[2][3] In 2010, he became the first skateboarder to land a "fakie 900" (900-degree reverse-natural rotation),[4] making Burnquist the fifth person in history to successfully complete the 900 trick.[5]
