Balanda Atis (born 1972 or 1973)[1] is an American cosmetic chemist. An employee of L'Oréal since 1999, her work expanding the company's range of cosmetics marketed to women of color has been covered by fashion publications such as Harper's Bazaar and Elle.[2][3]
