Athletics at the 2013 Games of the Small States of Europe was held from 28 May to 1 June at the Stade Josy Barthel.[1][2]
The men's 100 metres champion, Christos Chatziangelidis of Cyprus, gave a positive doping test during the competition, meaning the disqualification of his 100 m title, a 200 m silver medal, and also the 4×100 m relay title on by Cyprus.[3]
