Arsenyev (Russian: Арсе́ньев) is a town in Primorsky Krai, Russia, located about 160 kilometers (99 mi) northeast of Vladivostok, the administrative center of the krai. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 56,750.[3] It was known as Semyonovka until 1952.[2]
