FPJ's Ang Probinsyano (lit.'fpj's the provincial man'; abbreviated as FPJAP[5][6][7] and internationally known as Brothers) is a 2015 Philippine action television series produced by ABS-CBN Studios. Based on the eponymous 1996 film, the series features an ensemble cast led by Coco Martin.[8] It first aired on September 28, 2015 and became the longest-running ABS-CBN drama series in the 21st century (excluding anthologies such as Lovingly Yours, Helen, Maalaala Mo Kaya, Maynila, and Magpakailanman),[9] airing 1,696 episodes.[10] The series finale came on August 12, 2022.[11]
Ang Probinsyano premiered on ABS-CBN where it aired until March 13, 2020, when the network lost its broadcast franchise. Later episodes aired on the Kapamilya Channel. A2Z and TV5 also obtained broadcast rights through partnerships with ABS-CBN. The series streamed online via iWantTFC, TFC IPTV, and Kapamilya Online Live. It aired internationally through The Filipino Channel on cable and satellite.
