Andrew S. Natsios (born September 22, 1949) is an American public servant and Republican politician originally from Massachusetts, who served in a number of positions in the administrations of Governor Paul Cellucci and President of the United States George W. Bush.
After serving as a Massachusetts State Representative and Chairman of the Massachusetts Republican Party, Natsios served as Secretary of Administration and Finance and Chairman of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority in the Cellucci administration. Then, Natsios served under George W. Bush as Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and U.S. Special Envoy to Sudan. In the private sector, Natsios has served as Vice President of the evangelical Christian humanitarian organization World Vision U.S. He currently teaches as Executive Professor at the George H.W Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University and serves as Director for the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs.
