Amanza Walton Desir (born 6 December, 1979) is a Guyanese politician and attorney serving as Shadow Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Guyana[1] since 2020. She is a central executive member[2] of the People's National Congress Reform (PNCR) and a member [1] of the National Assembly.
Walton was born in East Berbice-Corentyne, Guyana and was raised in Linden, Guyana.[1] She graduated with distinction from International Maritime Law Institute[3] with a Masters of Laws.
