Alfredo "Fred" De Gasperis (Italian: [alˈfreːdo de ˈɡasperis]; January 28, 1934 – March 27, 2013) was an Italian-Canadian billionaire developer, and contractor. He was the founder of Condrain, a sewer and watermain contractor based in Concord, Ontario, Canada, and Metrus Development, a development company based in Vaughan, Ontario. In 2012, his net worth was estimated at $1.41 billion.[1]
