Albert Alikovich Avdolyan (born November 8, 1970) is a Russian investor, businessman and philanthropist. Founder of Yota company, which became the first LTE operator in Russia.[1] Core assets: A-Property Company, ELSI, “New Home” Fund, Yakut Fuel and Energy Company.
