Abdul Raziq Bugti (1952 – 27 July 2007)[1] was a Pakistani politician. He played a great role in Pakistani politics.[2] Bugti was an honest politician and made tremendous effort towards the development of Balochistan province. He was harsh critic of Nawab Akbar Bugti and other nationalist militants operating in the country.[3] He was awarded Sitara-i-Imtiaz for his service.[4]
On 27 July 2007, he was assassinated by Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a terrorist group operating in the province.[2]
