Legislative Assembly elections are speculated to be held in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir in 2024 to elect 90 members[a] of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.[1] Legally, the election shall be held no later than 30 September 2024.[2]
This would be the first election since the territory's special status was revoked[3] and its statehood withdrawn in 2019.[4]
