According to Fedorov, the Ukraine service is now working with satellites orbiting the Earth. The satellites are in low-earth-orbit and form a network. They communicate with ground-based terminals to provide high-speed Internet access. The internet speed of a Starlink connection depends on the bandwidth of the terminal. Currently, there are two Starlink satellites orbiting the Earth. The first one is in the US, and the second one is in Europe.
The satellites of Starlink connect to Earth in low-earth-orbit. They beam broadband down to earth, which users can access using a user terminal or dish.
