Qalyubia Governorate (Arabic: محافظة القليوبيةMoḥāfaẓat El Qalyubiyya Egyptian Arabic pronunciation:[elʔæljoˈbejjæ]) is one of the governorates of Egypt. Located in Lower Egypt. It is situated north of Cairo in the Nile Delta region. Its capital is Banha.
